Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:30pm to 2:30 pm

January 11, 2021 – March 31, 2021
- A fall prevention program for those who have balance issues
- Strengthening exercises to keep legs and back strong
- Targeted balance exercises
- Stretching to keep limber and reduce pain and discomfort
- Designed for older adults who live independently in the community
- Participants may have had a fall or are worried about their balance
- Participants must commit to attend 12 weeks of class, 1 hour twice per week
