Connected Living provides a personalized subscription service that allows our members to access classes in studio or online, and live class recording replays. Please take a moment to read these terms carefully
Your Connected Living membership will continue month-to-month and automatically renew until terminated. To access classes you must provide us with one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time and which may include payment through your account. You must cancel your membership before it renews in order to avoid billing of the next month’s membership fees to your Payment Method (see “Cancellation” below). We offer a number of membership plans, including special promotional plans or memberships. Some membership plans may have differing conditions and limitations.
Studio Membership
● Grant access to live in studio and live online classes only.
● Gives you a 50% discount on Specialty classes.
● 10% discount on your first month payment.(New members only)
Combo Plus membership
● Grant access to live in studio or live online classes.
● Grants access to the Video on Demand replay library anytime
● Gives you a 60% discount on Specialty classes.
● 10% discount on your first month payment.(New members only)
Full Year Complete Access Membership
● Grant access to live in studio or live online classes.
● Grants access to the Video on Demand replay library anytime
● Grants full access to Specialty classes.
● 13 month year
10 Class Pass
● Access to both live in studio and live online classes
● Valid for 6 months from the day of purchase.
● Can not be extended.
● Paid in full at time of purchase
Family Membership
● Access to live in studio and live online class access
● Two family members one price
● Extra family members $30/month each
● Access to replay library
● Full access to specialty programs for first two family members
● 60% discount on specialty programs for extra members
Video on Demand
● Complete access to replay library of live recorded classes
● 10% discount on first month (new members only)
Single Class Pass
● Access to in studio and live online classes
● 5 day expiry
We will continue to bill your Payment Method for your subscription on a recurring basis corresponding to the term of your subscription until you cancel or the account or applicable Service is otherwise suspended or discontinued pursuant to these Terms.
The membership fee for Connected Living service and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your Payment Method on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of the paying portion of your membership until your membership is canceled.
Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans. We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms of Use, any price changes or changes to your subscription plan will take effect following notice to you.
Membership holds. Membership holds are subject to a $20 service charge.
Membership cancelations must be made by emailing Dawn Condon at shineom@dawncondon.ca and are subject to 60 day notice. There is a $20 service charge for cancelations. Cancelations become effective at the end of payment billing period. You will have access to your membership for the full month. Cancelations do not have access to any promotions, coupons, or benefits upon re-instatment.
Passes and memberships can be transferred within the family. Otherwise our packages are limited to one person per package. Please contact shineom@dawncondon.ca to arrange transfers.
Workshops or special events require a cancellation of 24 hours for refund or credit.
Students late to a class will not be refunded.
