This 10-week fall prevention program is designed for older adults who live independently and want to improve balance, build strength, and reduce the risk of falls. Each class focuses on practical movement strategies like strength-building exercises to support legs, hips, and back. Targeted balance training to improve coordination and stability. And stretching to reduce stiffness, pain, and discomfort. This evidence-informed program is tailored to the needs of older adults and helps maintain independence through consistent, guided movement. Participants must commit to attending class twice per week (1 hour per session) for 10 weeks.
